Salary Details:

This is a 12-month full-time limited, non-teaching Academic Staff position. This position comes with a competitive salary and benefit package.

Preferred Education:

4 Year Degree Under the direction of the Head Coach and in accordance with all NCAA, Conference, State and Institutional rules and regulations this position will assist the head coach in all phases of a highly successful Division I Women’s Soccer program. The assistant coach will assist with recruitment of prospective student-athletes; will assist with practice, game planning, and player skill development; provide support in a number of administrative duties, such as budgeting and purchasing; and provide academic monitoring in cooperation with the Academic Advisor.

Minimum Qualifications:   

-Bachelor’s degree

-A minimum of 3 years experience coaching soccer at the collegiate or club level, and/or playing soccer at the collegiate or professional level.

Preferred Qualifications:        

-Demonstrated evidence of soccer coaching experience.

-Demonstrated experience in recruiting

-Demonstrated experience with athlete skills development.

-Evidence of office management skills.
