No Duties and Responsibilities Assist the head coach in day-to-day operations and coaching of a Division I intercollegiate program that includes but is not limited to the following:

Experience and knowledge of working with and developing post players. Ability to assist Head Coach with defensive strategies. Assist in scheduling games as directed by Head Coach. Ability to identify and recruit quality student-athletes on a national and regional level. Prepares and presents scouting reports. Ability to generate ideas and strategies to help promote the Women’s Basketball Program. Assist in planning and organizing practices. Assists with summer camps. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field and two-four years of related coaching experience at collegiate level. Qualifications Master’s preferred and collegiate experience preferred. Ability to draw upon coaching/playing experience and contribute to technical training as well as in match tactical adjustment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Working knowledge of compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations. May include knowledge base in sport specific platforms/software. Candidates should have experience working in a culturally diverse environment and experience with college basketball coaching and recruiting. Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. Commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education. Certificates/Credentials/Licenses N/A Computer Skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet and email applications.  Video breakdown software.
