In this key leadership role, you'll work closely with the Clinical Director to support and guide clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of patient-centered care, and help lead our incredible field staff. This is a meaningful opportunity to directly impact the quality of life for our patients and create a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and support for all field staff training and orientations.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Manage a specific caseload and provide direct case management services.
Oversee the delivery and quality of skilled services.
Collaborate with staff to meet both patient care needs and staffing requirements.
Coordinate the clinical team’s scheduling, training, and coaching.
Educate staff on clinical skills, medication protocols, and patient care standards.
Remain available in person or by phone during agency operating hours.
Support nursing staff with accountability, time management, and efficiency.
Partner with external providers such as pharmacies, physicians, and other healthcare facilities.
Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, management, and healthcare partners.
Monitor and track continuing education hours for RNs and CNAs.
Assist with chart clearing and payroll approval processes.
Promote understanding and accuracy in payroll charting, including mileage and differential entries.
Be accessible for emergency support after hours and participate in on-call rotation.
Ensure overall accuracy and quality of clinical documentation for the agency.
QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years’ RN experience, including 3 years in home care and 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
