Your department head and immediate superior is Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager. 你的部门主管和直接上级是餐厅/酒吧/送餐经理。 The Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager will arrange your duties, days off and vacation. 餐厅/酒吧/送餐经理将会安排你的职务，休息日和假期。 

What you will do

Manage and organize the Restaurant/Bar/IRD Operation in the absence of Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager. 

在餐厅/酒吧/送餐经理不在的情况下管理并且组织餐厅/酒吧运行。 

Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel. 

采取及时的方式并且使用酒店最高标准，完成指示的所有准备工作和餐厅/酒吧布置。 

Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standards. 

根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。 

Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to departmental service flow and standards. 

根据部门服务流程和标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。 

Maintain a good relationship with our regular clients. 

和餐厅/酒吧固定客户保持一个良好关系。 

Handle guest complaints and solve them. 

处理客人投诉并且解决他们。 

 

Main Tasks主要任务: 

Assist the Restaurant / bar Manage in his tasks and share his work. 协助餐厅/酒吧经理完成任务并且分担他的工作。 Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates. 委派，监管并且控制下属的工作。 Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of restaurant / bar. 检查餐厅/酒吧前后区域的清洁度。 Assist your subordinates in their tasks during the service. 在服务期间协助下属完成任务。 Supervise the service. 监督服务质量。 Teach, instruct and introduce your subordinates. 教授，指导并且介绍你的下属。 To develop creative and attractive setup presentations for potential clients. 为潜在客户开发有创造性和有吸引力的餐厅/酒吧布置展示。 To attend and participate in all required meetings. 参加和出席所有必需的会议。 To supervise the execution of Restaurant / bar events accordingly to guest’s desire and to insure the highest standards of food, beverage and service is offered。 根据客人的期望监督餐厅/酒吧宴会的完成，并且确保提供的餐饮与服务是最高标准的。 To generate new business from existing and new clients via solicitation and relationship management.  通过询问和客户关系管理，从现有或者新的客户群内开展新的业务。 To execute other job-related duties as instructed by your superior. 完成上级指示的其他工作相关的职责。 To inspect the grooming of your subordinates. 监督并检查下属个人仪表。 To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. 恰当处理任何酒店紧急或者安全情况。 Well study and comply with all the Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards refer to staff hand book.  认真学习并且遵守四季所有员工手册上的工作规范和标准。
