A leading flexible serviced office firm is looking for two motivated and dedicated Assistant Centre Managers to join their team. With locations around central London, it's a high-growth firm that expect exceptional client service!
The Role:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractorsEnsure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operationsLead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plansCoordinate and document daily team briefingsManage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absencesAct as Centre Manager when requiredUphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the CentreCandidate Specification:
Strong operational and team management experience, with a talent for coordination, is essentialWorking at a fast pace and with a high workload is a key part of this role, so it is important that you're able to think and act quickly and prioritise effectivelyProactivity, excellent time management and strong initiativeAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyA warm, personable engaging team-playerAdditional Details:
