THE JOB:

At The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, we are seeking an Assistant Butler to deliver exceptional, personalized service to our guests. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide outstanding support in personal butler services, valet assistance, and amenity delivery, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests, including serving meals, snacks, tea, hors d’ oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items as well as cleaning up after meals

Assist with personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc

Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests’ needs

Prepare and deliver orders to assigned Butler, and maintain a clean working area in the kitchen

Maintain Butler’s pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition

Report any deficiencies or safety hazards to Supervisor and coordinate corrective action

Detect flaws relating to service standards and make corrections prior to service delivery

Assist Butlers in anticipating guest’s needs regarding butler services and is supportive and proactive in lending team support

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years of prior relevant experience as a food server, bus person, or food runner preferred

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
