Summary McCoy's is the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community. This announcement has been extended. Responsibilities Performs opening and closing duties within McCoy's Bowling Center, Whitetail Ridge and Ten Point Pub. Ensures all monies are secured. Maintains internal control over cash handling and procurement to include daily count down of tills and safe to ensure all monies are accounted for and deposited. Manage credit card purchases, change fund, and hand receipt accountability. Submits monthly inventories, tracks discrepancies, and manages inventory in RecTrac. Inputs monthly kitchen/bar waste in inventory systems. Initiates hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff. Assigns and reviews work assignments daily. Determines performance objectives and rates performance. Performs weekly checks on payroll and submits once finalized. Assists with planning monthly specials and buffet ideas and coordinating with vendors for pricing, product needs and delivery. Supports various MWR events. Performs other duties as assigned.
