Responsibilities:The Assistant Body Shop Manager assists in managing the activities of all Body Shop staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of Lithia’s performance targets. This individual assists in the hiring, training and development of all Body Shop personnel. The Assistant Body Shop Manager assists in ensuring compliance to all company policies and procedures.
