THE JOB:
Join our team as an Assistant Beverage Manager and become a key player in delivering unforgettable experiences! In this dynamic role, you will oversee operational functions across multiple beverage outlets, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in inventory management will keep our selections fresh and exciting, while your strong guest service skills will create a welcoming atmosphere for all.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department

Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control

Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes

Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests

Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division

Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly

Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Two years supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position

Ability to work a varied shift to include weekends, holidays, and eventings
