4 Year Degree The University of South Alabama is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Baseball Coach (Recruiting Coordinator). This is a full time, 12-month position including benefits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the direction of all phases of a competitive baseball program in accordance with South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties include: recruiting and talent evaluation, practice organization, game preparation, supervise off-season conditioning and monitor academic progress, and assist in fundraising. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the head coach and/or the Director of Athletics.

-Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama and three years of collegiate coaching/playing experience preferred. Coaches are responsible for adhering to the policies, procedures and regulations of the University of South Alabama, the Sun Belt Conference and the NCAA.
