Minimum Qualifications Applicants must hold a master's degree (doctoral degree preferred), certification in a radiological sciences field such as radiography or sonography, and current Louisiana licensure in that field. A minimum of three years of clinical experience and at least two years of teaching or administrative experience in radiologic sciences education are required. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in curriculum development, program evaluation, accreditation processes, and faculty supervision, along with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Job Specification •Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the BSRS program, ensuring academic excellence and program integrity. •Supervise, support and evaluate the Radiography and Sonography Program Coordinators, facilitating coordination of curriculum, clinical experiences, faculty responsibilities, and program goals. •Oversee program accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with applicable accrediting bodies (e.g., JRCERT, JRC-DMS, CAAHEP) and University standards. •Coordinate course offerings, teaching assignments, and resource allocation for all BSRS program components. •Collaborate with program coordinators and faculty members to evaluate and update course content, outcomes, and delivery methods. •Monitor and assess program effectiveness through student performance metrics, graduate outcomes, and feedback. •Lead efforts in program recruitment, retention, and student advising, in coordination with faculty and staff. •Serve as a liaison between the BSRS program and other academic units, clinical affiliates, and external stakeholders. •Facilitate communication and policy development among program concentrations to ensure cohesion and continuous improvement. •Provide instruction in area(s) of expertise, consistent with faculty workload expectations. •Participate in budget planning, resource management, and personnel development for the BSRS program. •Serve on School, College, and University committees, and participate in professional development and scholarly activities.
