**About the role**
This role focusses on the provision of timely, accurate and concise financial data within the context of and ensuring the integrity of the overall control environment.
Scope encompasses the provision of high quality transactional accounting services for HK / Taiwan cluster
**Your responsibilities**
1. Responsible for day-to-day accounting work in a timely and accurate manner
· Trade Spend and Marketing invoices booking
· Overhead invoices booking
2. Assist in Month-end reporting
· Accounts receivable analysis reports
· Accounts payable analysis reports
· Trade Spend analysis reports
· Balance Sheet Reconciliation Schedules
3. Accounts Receivable
· Responsible for daily accounting functions
· Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain accounting record
· Support daily credit review and order release
· Assist in managing daily collection activities
· Customer reconciliation
4. Assist in ad hoc projects and assignment
**The experience we're looking for**
1. Qualification
· Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
· Preferably accredited or part qualified member of an internationally recognized professional accounting organization.
2. Experience
· Minimum 1 years of either professional accounting firm or large corporate experience.
· Experience in the field of financial accounting is a must.
· Able to identify and communicate important issues and influence the decision-making process where appropriate.
· Familiar with integrated transaction in an ERP environment.
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
· Excellent customer service ethics.
· Enthusiasm, motivation and a commitment to the timely delivery of results.
· Self-confident integrity.
· Advanced Excel skills
· Fluent in English and Cantonese.
