Scope encompasses the provision of high quality transactional accounting services for HK / Taiwan cluster **Your responsibilities** 1. Responsible for day-to-day accounting work in a timely and accurate manner · Trade Spend and Marketing invoices booking · Overhead invoices booking 2. Assist in Month-end reporting · Accounts receivable analysis reports · Accounts payable analysis reports · Trade Spend analysis reports · Balance Sheet Reconciliation Schedules 3. Accounts Receivable · Responsible for daily accounting functions · Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain accounting record · Support daily credit review and order release · Assist in managing daily collection activities · Customer reconciliation 4. Assist in ad hoc projects and assignment **The experience we're looking for** 1. Qualification · Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance · Preferably accredited or part qualified member of an internationally recognized professional accounting organization. 2.
