Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain and update financial data in accounting software Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
