This is a hybrid opportunity and this role requires onsite in-office presence approximately 1 to 3 days per week at our New York City office location.
The Assistant Account Manager will assist the Private Client practice in supporting day-to-day client management transactions. In addition, this role will provide primary support on ad hoc projects and serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients.
Your Impact
Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external clients by assisting the Private Client Account Executives and Producers and responding to client/carrier communications as assignedLeveraging Personal Lines insurance knowledge and expertise to actively assist in servicing existing accountsFostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communicationsNurturing professional relationships with carriers with consistent carrier contactParticipating in the retention of renewal business by supporting the Private Client Account Executives with interacting with Producers to prepare applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of personal insurance productsEnsuring the client has continuous and proper coverage by assisting the Private Client Account Managers assigned to the client. This includes, but not limited to: quoting/remarketing of PCS accounts, processing of endorsements, recommendation/requirement follow up, billing related inquiries, auto ID Cards, policy/quote/binder checking, & providing summaries of insurance/certificates.Successful Candidate Will Have
1 - 3 years’ experience of Personal Lines client management experienceValid P&C brokers’ licenseCollege degree preferredProficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360, Work Smart and EPIC preferredKnowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, coverage, proceduresAt Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $24.91 – 29.24 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
