As an Account Director, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee onsite custodial services at a key client location. You’ll be the face of Dexterra, responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing budgets, ensuring safety, and driving operational excellence. Building strong client relationships and inspiring diverse teams across the country, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of facilities management—while advancing your career into a leadership position that makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for assigned accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service deliveryManage, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to achieve performance goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive account growthOversee resource planning, scheduling, and workforce optimizationRecruit, onboard, and train team members to support operational successEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocolsDrive client satisfaction and long-term account retentionCOMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
