Job Description

Join our international team as an Assistant, Regional F&A and ensure accurate and timely out-of-pocket (OOP) expense reporting in line with corporate regulations and deadlines.

Part-time and office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria

You will:

Coordinate and interact with stakeholders regarding the reconciliation of out-of-pocket (OOP) expensesCommunicate with project teams on project-related financial documents and informationPrepare and submit of OOP reportsWork with SAP and internal company electronic systemsReconcile and verify pass-through expensesPerform regular costs/revenue analysis, as assignedPrepare monthly/quarterly/closeout project-related forecastsMiscellaneous departmental tasks, as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration or relatedMinimum 3 years of prior financial experience in an international environment Prior clinical trial industry experience is a plusNative Bulgarian and full working proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantageProficiency in MS Office applicationsAbility to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environmentStrong attention to detailsCommunication and collaboration skills
