Responsibilities include data entry to maintain systems and databases, creating reports for a variety of internal administration and sales departments, and updating SOPs and Job Aids with precision. **Your Impact**
The Account Administration Assistant III supports sales & administration operations through detailed report creation, account maintenance entries, and order-to-cash transcation processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. You'll work with company specific tools as well as industry standards like Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint, Oracle, Tableau, Access and Excel VBA macros, while staying current with new technologies including AI and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace. Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled communicators with a solid background in adminstration or sales support.

We are providing the anticipated hourly rate for this role: $23.47 to 35.14 hourly.

**Workstyle Description**
Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office three days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
