Pavement Design, Pavement Evaluation, Survey Data analysis, Communication skills Technical background: 2+ years of experience working within Road/Pavement Engineering discipline Knowledge and/or experience of road and pavement engineering projects Experience in pavement investigation projects for maintenance, design, and failure investigation Knowledge of the materials' behavior underlying standard specifications. Knowledge of road operations and renewal practices. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop pavement design plans and specifications. -Conduct field investigations and analyse material testing to assess existing pavement conditions. - Utilize design software and tools to create pavement models and simulations. - Analyze traffic patterns and load requirements to inform design choices. - Prepare technical reports and specifications, documentation to communicate design findings and recommendations. - Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations related to pavement design. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Knowledge of pavement design principles and materials. - Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, QGIS - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
