The Goldman Sachs Partner Family Office provides curated and customized financial planning and investment management advice and implementation to Goldman Sachs Partners, Partner Alumni and their families.

Client Analysts are integral parts of PFO Planning client advisory teams. In this role, Client Analysts within advisory teams lead all aspects of client service operations, from organizing advisory team and client meetings, to supporting advisory teams through tax and other client service deadlines, to completing DocuSign requests, etc. A highly organized candidate, with strong team orientation and excellent communication skills will thrive in this role.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL 

Schedule and manage client and advisory team meetings, including travel, space management and expenses. Spearhead client onboarding and contracting, including resolving any questions or issues related to billing, invoicing or contractsSupport advisory teams deliver critical client service, including assistance through tax deadlines. This can include: managing and processing incoming client mailcreating vouchersrequesting checksdownloading tax documentsdrafting responsesprepopulating subscription documentspopulating appropriate tax formscommunicating operational tasks with external tax firms mailing out responses and tax filing, etc.managing task trackers (i.e. tax refund logs, mortgage, tax tracker, notices log, frequency report etc.)coordinate capital callssupporting mortgage requests and applicationspreparing consent formsDocuSign requestsdatabase updates executing philanthropic giving processes, including charitable acknowledgment lettersSupport data gathering asks, data management et al as required Collaborate with internal teams to complete various client service and operational tasks, including issue resolutionsEnsure processes and procedures within the advisory team are effective, efficient and compliant with firmwide policies and proceduresIdentify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security and compliance       Ad hoc issue resolution and management support as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree and / or demonstrated client service experience in a corporate environmentFamiliarity with financial planning and tax documents is advantageous Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerpointEager to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to think and execute clearly under time pressureExtremely organized and detail-orientedExcellent communications skillsTeam orientation
