As a Asset Servicing - Corporate Actions Associate within the Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Corporate Actions processing team, you will be part of an proactive agenda to enhance operating processes and client experience. You will be expected to manage the day to day processing of the full lifecycle of corporate action events for a number of high value clients.

Job responsibilities

Complete accurate and timely processing of Corporate Actions covering the full lifecycle from Announcement Capture to PaymentsLiaise with agent banks and custodians to improve processes and client experienceCompletes timely resolution of Cash and Stock exceptionsProvide support to internal teams including Risk Management and Client Facing teams across regionsUnderstand the control environment ensuring daily control checks are completedWork closely with Technology, Product and Operations partners to deliver ChangeParticipate and lead meetings at the operational level on change initiatives impacting Asset Servicing

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Full lifecycle Corporate Actions & processing knowledgeOperational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk and Control, and CustodyGood balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills with experience facing off to demanding stakeholdersGood experience of Investment Banking Operational areas (Trades, Cash and Reconciliations)Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team
