Our client, a leading provider of medical equipment solutions, is seeking an Asset Recovery Specialist to join their team. As an Asset Recovery Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting the recovery of loaner mechanical units their clients have borrowed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Noblesville, IN
Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (5AM - 3:30PM or 6AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Thursday; occasional Friday overtime may be required)
What's the Job?
Coordinate with customers to schedule the timely recovery of loaner mechanical units. Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to the recovery process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and report on the status of recovery operations to management.What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, customer service, or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in asset recovery, logistics, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.What's in it for me?
