Work Shift - Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Training for the first ~2 weeks M-F 8:30A-5P).

Job Summary

Works within the Asset Recovery Department to coordinate the recovery of medical equipment by working directly with customers (internal and external).

Essential Functions

Field inbound calls from internal and external customers to complete the End of Use processComplete outbound calls to customers regarding status of LifeVest and/or HFMS and AMS useDrive efforts to ensure the timely return of equipmentHandle administrative tasks of creating RMAs and opening Return Orders to track all serialized equipment that is to be returnedFacilitate the successful return of equipment from the customer back to ZOLL, including the scheduling of UPS or arranging for pickups by field representativesReview Customer Call Reports, Patient Agreements, and other documentation to obtain all applicable contact informationProvide accurate and prompt customer serviceCoordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the timeliest return of equipmentManage Return Orders within established parametersNavigate and manage difficult conversationsContact patients and members of the field sales team to relay and/or obtain pertinent information and documentationPerform other duties as assigned by Management


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma requiredBachelor's Degree preferred2+ years demonstrated computer skills with strong MS 365 experience required2+ years demonstrated strong customer service skills required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bi-lingual skillset (English and Spanish) preferredAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in team or individual environmentAble to organize, prioritize, and manage daily workloadSelf-motivated with a desire to succeed
