**Tell me about this role:**
Seeking an Asset Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will see perform Logistics and Asset related tasks for Defence Maritime programs.
These role offers uncapped training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including flexible working and different leave arrangements including paid parental, study, reserve, and volunteer leave.
**What will I be doing day to day?**
+ Provide Asset Management advisory services to the Executive Team
+ Develop and prepare a program of work to support growth in company asset management practices and maturity
+ Perform a comprehensive assessment and gap analysis of existing Asset Management practices, to the ISO:55000 framework
+ Define Asset Management objectives and performance measures
+ Develop an Asset Management Plan, covering all aspects of the capability lifecycle
+ Develop a competence and training framework for implementation
+ Establish communication and consultation channels and processes relating to Asset Management
**What sort of skills do I need?**
+ Demonstrated experience in an enterprise asset environment and capability lifecycle
+ Demonstrated experience in the use of inventory systems across a range of functions
+ Strong communication skills
+ Process orientated with good attention to detail
+ Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
