About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Multifamily Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of residential properties, driving strategic initiatives to enhance value and support our investment goals.

What You'll Do:

Lead the financial strategy and performance oversight for a multifamily property portfolioDevelop and implement value-add strategies to maximize returnsAnalyze property-level financials and market data to identify performance trends and opportunitiesPrepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and ownershipSupervise and collaborate with on-site property management teamsEnsure operational excellence across properties, including maintenance and capital improvementsMonitor compliance with lender covenants and regulatory requirementsConduct market analysis and utilize analytical tools to inform asset strategyAssist in acquisition and disposition activities, including due diligence supportMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, vendors, and tenants

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)3-5 years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or property operations, with a strong preference for multifamily experienceExperience with distressed or value-add properties is a plusProficient in financial modeling and real estate software (e.g., Appfolio)Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel as needed
