​Key Responsibilities/Outcomes

• Manages supervisors and teams across multiple locations and/or functional areas.
• Ensures ongoing and effective support for the full range of IT asset management processing, provisioning, inventory management, usage tracking and related responsibilities.
• Engages with IT, Engineering / Product Development, Finance & Accounting and other teams / partners to ensure IT Asset Management systems and practices integrate with and support material management, inventory and related planning / allocation.
• Ensures effective provision of contract support, license audit and reconciliation efforts based on business / client needs.
• Oversees asset data gathering, inventory management and audits, identifying areas for mitigation and follow-up.
• Monitors, follows up and updates asset disputes through research of asset inventory activities, location and validity of company ownership.
• Defines and recommends implementation of initiatives to reduce license fees and avoid additional costs.
• Manages relationships with vendors and service providers for asset procurement, maintenance and disposal.
• Monitors IT asset management metrics, identifies patterns and trends and recommends / drives ways to improve the process and enhance both effectiveness and overall cost efficiency.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 0-2 years’ leadership experience
