Job Description

Do you enjoy helping others and contributing to smooth operations? Rockwell Automation Ireland is hiring an Asset Management Analyst to support key service and logistics activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, keeping things running smoothly, and working with different teams to solve practical challenges. In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting both pre-sales and post-sales customer service functions. You'll work closely with customers, sales teams, and service representatives to ensure smooth processes around equipment returns, repairs, replacements, and order management. You'll also be a trusted point of contact for technical and service-related inquiries.

You will report directly to the Asset Management Program Manager (AMP) and will be based in Cork Ireland on customer site.

Your ResponsibilitiesAudit shipments to ensure quality and accuracyManage and document transactions for data entrySupport on-site administrative functions and routine store activities (e.g., goods receipt/issue, stock checks)Process receipts in ERP systemsCreate and manage requests for quotesApprove and track quotes and ordersArchive and organize documentationGenerate work orders for repairsCoordinate with third-party vendorsConduct stock counts and maintenance checksProvide weekly updates to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain and distribute periodic reports and follow established standards and proceduresThe Essentials - You Will Have:A post-school qualificationExperience in industrial manufacturing or supply chain/maintenance planningComfortable using digital tools and systems to manage tasks and informationWork collaboratively with team members and other departments by sharing information, coordinating tasks, and supporting shared goals.Show curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas or improvementsWill understand how your work contributes to broader goalsThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Background in maintenance, accounting, or logisticsWhat We Offer:
