Join our Asset Management team and play a key role in maintaining and optimising our customer’s assets. As an Asset Management Coordinator, you’ll ensure maintenance activities are timely, data is accurate, and opportunities to drive value are identified and acted upon.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate maintenance data in the CMMS and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsPlan and forecast maintenance activities using a 12-month rolling scheduleMonitor asset performance and generate reports to support data-driven decisionsIdentify and implement improvements to asset utilisation and maintenance processesSupport budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and replacementsConduct audits, stocktakes, and inspections to ensure work quality and asset accuracyYour Skills:
Strong communication, organisation and time management skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeHigh attention to detail and a customer-focused approachExperience using CMMS (MEX highly desirable)Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointA collaborative mindset and positive attitudeWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY
