Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Asset & Corporate Finance Attorney for a hybrid, contract to permanent opportunity with our client in Charlotte. This is a long term (6 month+) contract role with the possibility of permanent conversion. It is also a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financing transactions, along with a strong background in real estate law and real estate finance. Experience working on transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities is required. Essential duties include handling a range of CMBS loan servicing matters on both performing and non-performing loans, including Loan modifications, Assumptions, Equity transfers, Consent requests, Demand letters, and Pre-default work.
