We’re also pushing our benefits to be more pep+ by offering electric cars through salary sacrifice with a partnership with Octopus Energy. Our commitment to wellbeing and career growth makes us a Top Employer for 14 years running.  Position Summary Reports to: Reliability Manager Working Hours: Total 42 hours across 3.5 days per week - 3 x 12 hour day shift (06:00 – 18:00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07:00 – 13:00. Responsibilities Work with Maintenance Planners, Line Engineering Lead and Manufacturing Technicians to ensure all planned maintenance is completed Provide additional reactive support to Shift Technicians/Operations teams, when required. Create link with Controls System Specialist, Electrical Duty Holder, Reliability & Condition Monitoring Specialist to support completion of preventative work orders and in depth analysis countermeasures Support Specialist teams delivering action completion and continuous improvement support. Provide support to ensure maintenance plans, task instructions and stores holdings are correct Lead and support improvements through CI initiatives and preventative actions (to include health & safety and food safety actions). Drive and own root cause analysis completion. Creation of Visual Management for Planned Maintenance tasks Ambassador for engineering standards and best practice across site Effective capture and data quality of all planned/reactive maintenance activities in CMMS Qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent time served Engineering apprenticeship with proven hands on experience Recognised Electrical / Mechanical academic qualification Advanced Electro-Mechanical aptitude Electrical Testing & Inspecting - City & Guilds 2391 holder would be an advantage IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification is desirable Understanding of SCADA control systems, computer systems, networking Working knowledge of PLC systems - Allen Bradley and/or Siemens an advantage Working knowledge of CMMS and SCADA systems and associated applications Good manufacturing practices    Advanced Technical knowledge of Equipment and standards  Advanced maintenance techniques   Advanced Problem solving   Mechanical comprehension    Advanced coaching & facilitation  Communication & listening    Curiosity & Learning agility  Ability to influence   Prioritisation and Decision making  Numerical & verbal comprehension    Digital competence
