What You’ll Be Doing:

Review, analyze and interpret various reports to determine requirements based on material availability, inventory levels and lead times; expediting orders as neededPerform Root Cause Analysis to develop corrective actions and implement processes related to quality and supply chain concernsProactively resolve situations with suppliers and various company departments while remaining within company inventory guidelinesAssist stakeholders in the supply chain process to discover and eliminate inefficiencies involving the customer and/or AEP/ArrowSupport all non-contract material requirements for the customer and its related sub-contractorsTake a proactive role in the promotion of good communications between all functional areas and the supplier baseSupervise the daily activities of the business on technical support and productionTrain team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations

What We Are Looking For:

+4 years of experience in similar roles, in Purchasing and Supply chain roles.Experience leading/managing a teamAdvanced English communications, verbally and written.Intermediate to advanced Data Analytics skills, using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.Strong communication and collaboration practices across a large teamKnowledge and/or experience of purchasing.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,000 - $45,000.00 MXN Monthly
