Role Overview

The Junior Designer (Analyst) is responsible for designing and producing assets for Asset Management marketing team. This role involves collaborating with the design team and stakeholders to develop marketing materials for campaigns, events, thought leadership, and ongoing strategic initiatives.

Principal Tasks

Following visual brand guidelines, create assets for all channels including print, web, email and videoCollaborate with content team to produce assets for thought leadershipConduct image search, create custom charts and data visualizations for the publicationFlow content and make copy edits to marketing materials with close attention to detailDevelop visuals for video storyboard based on a script, b-roll search and liaise with internal studio team for proofingDesign branded assets for events including banners, signage, agendas and other meeting materialsWork with internal teams to develop marketing materials for client engagement

Skills

1-3 years of prior work experience.Online portfolio examples of the designer's work are requiredProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and ExcelModerate video/motion experience requiredEditorial/magazine experience is a plusTeam player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOpen to feedback to refine designAbility to manage multiple projects at once with tight and competing deadlinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
