Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Asset Management Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of comprehensive facility asset management programs. This role involves overseeing multiple high-impact projects—ranging from long-term capital planning to ADA assessments—for a key client within our growing portfolio.
You’ll act as the strategic link between sales and technical operations, ensuring smooth program execution and alignment with client goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, accountability, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Your Impact:
As Program Manager, you’ll lead a specialized team of Architects, Engineers, Energy Managers, and Building Analysts to assess, evaluate, and report on the condition and performance of client assets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full scope of asset management programs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
Develop client- and project-specific proposals and scopes of work.
Lead and mentor project teams conducting facility and building system assessments.
Oversee capital planning, equipment inventory, preventive maintenance planning, and ADA assessments.
Serve as the liaison between sales and operations, aligning client expectations with internal capabilities.
Review deliverables for technical accuracy and ensure compliance with scope and client requirements.
Manage public and private sector projects from kickoff through closeout.
Supervise and direct Project Assessors, managing schedules, priorities, and quality standards.
Travel approximately 25% to client sites nationwide.
You Might Oversee Projects Including:
Facility Condition Assessments (FCA)
Property Condition Assessments (PCA)
Capital Planning & Lifecycle Cost Analysis
Energy Audits & Consulting
ADA Accessibility Assessments
Equipment Inventory & Tagging
Preventive Maintenance Program Design
Feasibility & Technical Studies
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (strongly preferred).
10+ years of experience managing projects and teams.
5+ years conducting facility and/or building condition assessments in K-12, Higher Education, or Government environments.
Deep knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering practices.
Proven experience working with public sector, institutional, and government clients.
Understanding of CMMS and asset data systems.
Ability to guide cross-functional teams with clarity and accountability.
Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):
Registered Architect (RA), Professional Engineer (PE), or Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
Previous experience leading large-scale programs with multi-site logistics
Additional Requirements:
Must reside in the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic U.S., or be willing to relocate.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Salary range starting at $140,000
