Assessment Advisor

The Assessment Advisor is responsible for supporting the management, implementation and continuous improvement of bp’s assessment practices and solutions.

In this role You will:Supports in the management of assessment projects and solutions ensuring efficient, effective and timely implementationAdministers and tracks psychometric / assessment tool completion in support of specific projects e.g. Advancing. Able to address technical questions posed by candidatesMonitors and actions bp’s assessment inbox enquiries, triaging technical queries from collaborators and managing the flow of requests to appropriate team members as requiredManages the leadership assessment app to ensure smooth flow of requests from bp to the suppliers, accurate and complete recording of data and upload of reports. Intervenes with bp’s assessment partners where required to ensure requests are actioned in line with our SLAs and to assure data integrity.Supports the operational management of relationships with bp’s critical assessment partners collating data for internal reporting and regular partner performance reviewsSupports in the review of assessment solutions / practices running comprehensive data analyses as required (in partnership with PI&A) to understand their impact against a range of value drivers and metricsSupports with the project management of specialist assessment advisory services as required by the businessSupports management of bp’s assessment faculties, including recruitment, briefing, demand planning and budget trackingManages the regular intake of psychometric data from a range of assessment partners, into the data lakeContributes to the shaping of assessment dashboards and takes an active role in generating data and insights to support broader insight packs for key partnersWhat You will need to be successful:Fluency in EnglishUniversity degree in relevant field (Psychology) or equivalent experienceTrained in psychometrics (e.g. Occupational Personality Questionnaire, Hogan Series ideal not essential)At least 3 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development, learning or human resources with defined operational delivery requirements.Talent management and assessment expertise: Experience of implementing and scaling talent management and assessment programs.Delivery excellence: Ability to work well in cross functional and global teams to deliver excellent talent solutions with a culture of continuous improvementTalent assessment: Psychometric administration, Data and statistical analysis using a range of tools including Excel, power BI, Power AppsProject Management: Has experience in supporting on leadership development, talent management or organizational change project/productData and analytics: Evaluates data analysis, visualization and analytics solutions for insights, operational reporting and decision-making of talent and leadership programs.Creating and measuring impact: Evaluates relevant data and trends from the measurement of leadership and talent products/offers, providing insights to guide decision-making and mitigate risks.
