As an Assembly Wheel and Brake here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in South Bend, IN. You will work on-site in a manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient and timely completion of production tasks.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and work on-site at our South Bend, IN location on a full-time work schedule.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, contributing to the manufacturing of aerospace technologies within the AERO SBG.

+ Departments with varying duties may include Carbon Friction, Linings, Inspection, Shipping and Receiving, and Assembly.
+ Follow production schedules and complete work within specific time frames to meet production targets.
+ Adhere to specific operating and work instructions, with the ability to adjust production equipment when necessary and in accordance with manufacturing procedures.
+ Record data and complete production reports.
+ Inspect products for visual defects in accordance with established standards, ensuring that all parts meet quality specifications.
+ Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems, contributing to continual process improvements and the effectiveness of the team.
+ Follow good safety and housekeeping practices in assigned work areas and throughout the plant.
+ Must be able to operate a powered industrial vehicle if required for job duties.
+ Perform other duties as directed by supervision to support the overall production process and meet business objectives.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Basic Math skill and the ability to accurately record data.
+ Basic reading and writing skills
+ Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
