**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Type:** Full-Time
**Pay Rate:** $20–$24/hour
Join our client’s manufacturing team to help build high-quality mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical products. This hands-on role involves assembly, testing, and troubleshooting using clear instructions and technical drawings.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and test products to meet specifications
+ Fabricate tubes (cutting, threading, bending) and cables (termination, crimping, soldering)
+ Read and follow technical drawings and procedures
+ Troubleshoot production issues and support process improvements
+ Track metrics in the daily management system
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized 5S-compliant work area
+ Monitor and replenish material levels
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
+ Strong attention to detail and urgency
+ Good organizational and communication skills
+ Willingness to learn (on-the-job training provided)

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
