Assembly Technician III

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an Assembly Technician III to join their team. As an Assembly Technician III, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the manufacturing of innovative medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembly Technician III
**Location:** Belmont, CA
**Pay Range:** Up to $34 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Work closely with a team of assembly personnel, technicians, and quality control to manufacture a first-of-its-kind medical device.
+ Perform in-process quality checks and report any suspected problems to your supervisor.
+ Maintain controlled environment room integrity by using proper attire and adhering to CER practices and procedures.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality, work in process, test results, work times, and special projects.
+ Recommend, initiate, or provide solutions to design and process issues.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 3 years of assembly experience in the medical device field or equivalent.
+ Understanding of Controlled Environment Room requirements and GMPs.
+ Ability to read and understand directions from written instructions or from a supervisor.
+ Experience working with small assemblies under a microscope and deburring small parts.
+ Good communication skills and comfort in raising issues of quality or process change to a supervisor.
