Assembly Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assembly Technician. This role involves working on an assembly line, performing tasks related to disassembly, organization, and packaging of components for shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a focus on efficiency, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision. **Key Responsibilities** + Disassemble and process various components, ensuring careful handling and proper organization of parts. + Package components into kits for shipment, following specified guidelines to ensure safe and accurate delivery. + Organize and prepare materials for disposal in compliance with company and regulatory standards. + Assist in constructing or assembling packaging materials as needed to support shipping requirements. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures. + Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards. + Perform other related tasks as assigned to support assembly line operations. **Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role is a plus but not required. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures. Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Reliable attendance and punctuality, with access to dependable transportation to ensure consistent and timely arrival to the workplace. **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
