Role Overview – Experienced Fitter

Due to increased workload, the Product Team is expanding the manufacturing team, creating opportunities for experienced Fitters. This position involves working within a team responsible for the manufacture, repair, and refurbishment of associated ground equipment, with a focus on achieving set customer delivery milestones and providing consistent quality products to support our UK and export customers.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Work to drawings and production specifications to meet product requirements.Produce assemblies and sub-assemblies according to Production Test Specifications and record results.Demonstrate expertise in fitting/assembly techniques to achieve the specified quality standard.Integrate and collaborate effectively with the established team to achieve targets.Adopt the principles of the 5S housekeeping standard.Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at eliminating waste and reducing operating costs.
