**Position Summary** The employee assembles parts by following special instructions, routers and blueprints. **Essential Responsibilities** + Positions and assembles parts according to special instructions, routings and blueprints. + Adhere to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders. + Assemble wire harnesses, connectors and other assemblies or components. + Perform intricate tasks including stripping, crimping, and soldering of wires. + Use Microscopes, hand tools and manually operated machines, etc. + Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required. + Uses chemicals, adhesives, solvents, lubricants, epoxies, paints and inks, as required. + Keeps assembly department clean and free of foreign object damage. + Keeps production lead/supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems and progress as related to work assignments. + Safety is a core value at ITT.
