This is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following detailed instructions, and being part of a team that values quality and safety. This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position. Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble components and products according to standardized work instructions + Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently + Perform quality checks and report any issues + Maintain a clean and organized work area **Qualifications:** + 18 years of age or older + Lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. + Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines. + Legal authorization to work in the United States + HS Diploma and/or GED equivalent education. + Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens + Willing and able to work weekends and overtime as required. **Working Conditions:** + Lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. + Bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead frequently. + Use air/power/vibrating tools and perform strong pincher gripping. + Stand and walk for the duration of the shift. + Safely work around moving equipment and industrial vehicles. + May be required to perform these tasks for up to 12 hours per day. + Perform repetitive upper extremity movements. **Please note:** Polaris is offering direct hire as well as temporary hire for the Assembly Operator position. Employees who are hired into temporary positions will have the opportunity to be converted to a full-time Assembly Operator position at a later date. **Base Pay Range:** $20.43 - $22.34 Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
