If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, we have an opportunity for you as an Assembly Operator based in Stafford, Texas. You will be responsible for applying a variety of hand and power tools to perform routine assembly of basic components in accordance with quality and quantity standards.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Follows procedures for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the production department and company's quality system procedures. Reviews shop operations packets, Bills-of-Materials, and engineering drawings to ensure that incoming materials to be assembled are accurate as to specified quantity/quality/part number. Based on production specifications and/or Team Leader’s instructions, selects parts, tools, and equipment required for quality mechanical assembly production. Inspects and dimensionally checks production to insure assembled output meets requirements. Applies accurately calibrated precision measuring instruments when performing inspections. Informs the Team Leader of any operating, material, or parts condition that would interfere with production quality or quantity. Performs routine operator maintenance and operational checks on all tools and equipment used.Who You Are: You quickly and significantly act in fact-changing, unexpected situations. For This Role, You Will Need: High School diploma or GED required 2 years previous experience in valve assembly operations is required
