In this role you will perform a variety of duties involved in assembly, packaging, and paint preparation. + Air conditioned! + State of the art, brand new facility + Dedicated production break room and lockers for personal belongings + Wellness spaces + Walking path around facility + Outdoor picnic area + Free coffee! **Shift Hours:** 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM **What you will experience in this role:** The ideal candidate is skilled at using hand tools, focuses on safety and quality as a priority and has good English written and verbal communication skills. This position will work evenings Monday-Friday, with some Saturday overtime. **Pay Transparency** nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
