Warner Boulevard, Taunton, MA **Shift** : 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri) **Pay Rate** : $21.25/hour (Base: $19.50 + $1.75 shift differential) **Type** : Temp-to-Hire **Overview** Join a dynamic manufacturing team at Saint-Gobain’s Taunton facility, producing high-quality medical and fluid-handling components. As an Assembly Operator, you’ll be responsible for following detailed work orders and customer specs to assemble, inspect, and package products with a strong focus on quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble medical tubing and pump sets using detailed work instructions and blueprints. + Operate branding, spooling, and rinsing equipment as specified. + Load/unload product into ovens with programmed cycles. + Inspect, clean, and package finished components. + Maintain accurate production and quality records. + Follow GMPs, OPs, and use PPE as required. + Meet quantity and quality targets with minimal scrap. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Able to read and interpret technical documentation and work orders. + Basic math and measuring tool proficiency (e.g., rulers, gauges). + Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. + Comfortable working with Isopropyl Alcohol and in cleanroom-type environments. + Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
