Klinge Corporation, a Portfolio Brand of Trane Technologies and the World’s Leading Manufacturer of Specialized Refrigerated Transport Containers, in York, PA, is hiring for an Assembly Line Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead, motivate and guide assembly line team members in meeting daily production goals, serve as the primary point of contact for the Assembly Team, and set a positive example through professionalism, strong work ethic, punctuality and accountability.
Where Is the Work This position has been designated as an onsite work schedule with work performed onsite all scheduled work days (Monday thru Thursday) each week.
Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership
o Perform and monitor regular in-line product quality inspections to ensure compliance with company and ISO standards.
o Address non-conformance issues quickly and coach the team on corrective actions.

Qualifications:
At minimum High School degree or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of related experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
· Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity standards within a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent or developing interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Desire to learn, grow, and help others succeed
· Ability to adapt to and support organizational change
· Ability to speak comfortably in group settings and contributing in cross-functional meetings.
