Direct and organize manufacturing systems in Assembly operations, providing support for continuous improvement.

In your daily job you will:

Coordinate the introduction of new projects into the operationVerify compliance with PPAP dates according to the provided plansImplement operational improvement processesSupport the multidisciplinary team in resolving quality and operational issuesTrain, develop, and evaluate staffMonitor performance metricsFollow up on action plans in continuous improvement processesEnforce company procedures and policiesMaintain a safe work environment

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

+5 years of experience as Assembly Engineering ManagerAdvanced EnglishExperience in the automotive industryProduct interpretation and quotingPlan readingPersonal development leadershipProduct estimatingExperience in automation and continuous improvementPLC robots and vision systems knowledge
