As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. In this role, you will join the team responsible for the volume custom silicon manufacturing from NPI through the product ramp to launch. You will manage and oversee into many things such as: day-to-day factory operations, the manufacturing execution system management, removing production blockers, process improvement, manufacturing performance, and much more. Whether finding new ways to capture and sense the world around us, advancing form factors, or improving interaction methods, the Devices & Services team is making people's lives better through technology. + Drive custom silicon outsourced assembly and test (OSAT) day-to-day operations, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) management and Production Process control. + Drive cross-functional efforts for Technology and operational readiness during new product introduction (NPI). + Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material, process, fixtures and equipment to enable delivery of the product and manufacturing process during NPI into mass production. + Perform excursion/gap root cause analysis. Lead suppliers to establish and validate process capability and performance metrics (using statistical tools and techniques) for delivering quality products and for excursion management.
