Join Our Team as an Assembly Specialist!

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our team in Bowling Green, OH. As an Assembly Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Overview: In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll be responsible for assembling automotive/vehicle parts, identifying abnormalities, and correcting situations to optimize efficiency and quality. You'll work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals, implement 5S/TPM activities, and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Basic math skills and data entry proficiency Ability to follow standardized work instructions and control plans Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Steel toe boots required

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with assembly line operations Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles Basic knowledge of quality control procedures Ability to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes

Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of assembly line experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and comply with company policies Willingness to participate in training and development programs
