Our client in Clare, MI, is seeking an Assembly professional to join their team. As an Assembly team member, you will be part of the production department supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Assembly **Location:** Clare, MI **Pay Range:** $15.50 per hour Shift - 1st - 8 am to 4 pm - Overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time - overtime can be heavy at times. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED + Basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure. + will go through a tape measure test + Hand and power tool experience + Blueprint reading experience - REQUIRED + Practical problem-solving skills during the assembly process. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for prolonged periods. **What's the Job?** + Assemble a variety of products at the designated work area based on business needs. + Position parts according to work orders and blueprints. + Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners. + Operate hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations. + Maintain safety regulations to ensure a clean and healthy work environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain hands-on experience in product assembly. + Be part of a team that values safety and quality. + Develop your mechanical skills and knowledge of blueprints. + Potential for career advancement within the organization.
