What You'll Do as an Assembler:

You’ll help build the technology that keeps the world connected!Read work orders and blueprints to assemble parts correctlyAligning, connecting, and securing components using tools and fixturesPerforming hands-on tasks like crimping, soldering, or screwing parts into placeAssembling and mounting electronic hardware and multi-level subassembliesUsing machines to shape, wind, or press componentsInspecting your work to ensure it meets quality standardsTroubleshooting and reporting production issuesPerforming preventative maintenance on machinerySpecialized responsibilities may apply based on assignment (e.g., soldering, labeling, data collection, or system assembly). Training is provided.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Previous experience in manufacturing or assemblyStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Good manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.Proficiency with various hand tools and basic mechanical skills.Basic math and computer proficiency.Ability to work with small components, sometimes using a microscope, requiring close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Positive attitude, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn.Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
