About Large Power Systems Division (LPSD):

We design and manufacture the most comprehensive lineup of large diesel and natural gas engines in the industry, as well as engine components and powertrains.

As a Match Bench Assembler at Caterpillar Pontiac, you will continuously improve process efficiency by sorting engine components and check for defects.

What You Will Do (including but not limited to):

Perform a variety of functions to prepare components for shipment.Perform a variety of manual and/or machine repetitive functions including the processing of parts, materials, equipment, supplies, etc. through various stages of manufacturing.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 3 months of experience working in a manufacturing or engine maintenance role.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow written instructions (ex. Schematics, standard work, and/or blueprints).Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
